About Us
Distressed Homeowner Alliance was developed to help homeowners understand
and take advantage of their available options pertaining to their mortgage and/or lien holders.
Distressed Homeowner Alliance founder Ross Gahagan has decades of real estate experience having started
his career in 1989. He's still a realtor, but keeps his Pennsylvania license active to help stay knowledgeable
on the “always changing world of real estate”.
For more than 15 years, Ross has been dedicated to helping other agents and their clients navigate
the complexities of short sales through Short Sale Connection, LLC which he started in 2007.
Ross loves helping people and sharing his experience with anyone needing help with their mortgage company
whether they're trying to do a loan modification with their lender or they want to sell and get out from under the mortgage.
We are a real estate company licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of State. We do not list, rent, buy
or sell properties directly. We refer homeowners that want to sell to agents we know & trust. We have developed
a network of top agents throughout the country that are experienced at selling houses for top value
with the least amount of out of pocket cost or hassle to homeowners.
Whether your property shows perfectly and you want a buyer that will pay top dollar for a primary residence,
or your house needs some work and you need an investor to buy as-is, we'll find the best agent for you,
